Refund Policy

By purchasing Google Business Profile optimization, local SEO, or digital marketing services from Hartcore Media, Inc., the client acknowledges and agrees to the following refund policy:

All payments made for services are non-refundable. Due to the time, labor, strategy implementation, software usage, optimization work, and digital resources allocated to each campaign, no refunds will be issued once services have been purchased or work has begun.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Google Business Profile optimization
• Local SEO services
• Citation management
• Content creation
• Profile updates
• Reputation management
• Website SEO integration
• Advertising setup and management
• Consulting services

Results may vary depending on market competition, business history, customer reviews, industry type, location, and other factors outside of Hartcore Media, Inc.’s control. No specific ranking placement or timeline can be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services by providing a written 30-day notice via email.

The 30-day notice period begins on the date written notice is received by Hartcore Media, Inc. Clients are responsible for all charges incurred during the 30-day notice period.

If notice is not provided, billing will continue as scheduled until written cancellation is received.

Chargeback Policy

By purchasing services, the client agrees not to initiate or file a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with their bank, credit card provider, or payment processor for services rendered.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated for valid charges:

• The client remains financially responsible for all completed work, fees, and outstanding balances.
• Hartcore Media, Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate all active services immediately.
• Any costs incurred from collections, legal fees, bank fees, or dispute processing fees may be added to the outstanding balance owed by the client.
• Documentation including signed agreements, invoices, email communications, project records, and proof of work completed may be submitted to dispute the chargeback claim.

Clients agree to contact Hartcore Media, Inc. directly to attempt to resolve any billing concerns before filing a dispute with their financial institution.

By purchasing services from Hartcore Media, Inc., the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Chargeback Policy.
